Red Light Paint Night - Feb 25

Join us for a Red Light Paint Night at The Makerie!

We'll be blacking out all the windows.

Doors open at 5:30pm. We recommend you arrive no later than 6:00pm.

Once everyone has their drinks (approximately around 6:30pm) the lights in the shop go off, at which point doors are closed and no attendees will be permitted entrance.

At this point, the only lights in the studio will be red lights on the tables. 

On your table will be a still life of fruit for you to paint. 

The banana will be yellow, the orange will be orange, the strawberry will be red. 

We'll give you a canvas and bring you out a paint palette. 

BUT, because the lights are red, you won't know what colour you're painting with! Your paints will simply look like shades of gray!

Then you'll paint away and we'll turn on the lights around 8:30 so you can see what you painted!

You will not be allowed to leave the studio until the lights turn back on, unless in an emergency.

Session Fee: $45 per person + taxes

Not recommended for young children.
