Learn to Knit with the Cutbank Girls

We're so excited to have two instructors, Darlene and Jaylene, join us at The Makerie for this hands-on learn to knit workshop!

You'll be provided with everything you need to complete a toque during this workshop! You'll have a pair of knitting needles, a bunch of yarns to choose from, and expert guidance on creating their own toque pattern, The Two Rivers Toque!

You might be familiar with Darlene - owner/operator of Top Drawer Yarn Studio, and Jaylene, Kinesiologist and Yoga Teacher, who also works in the yarn shop! They call themselves Sweater Sisters, and started their own knitting and yarnie podcast called "The Cutbank Girls" intended to inspire, spark joy and build community. 

If the weather's nice, we might even be able to do this workshop on our summer patio!
